		Incident Traffic Control Covered is unique traffic control characteristics of each major, intermediate and minor traffic incident classifications and their needs to meet the MUTCD guidelines. Included is basic principles of temporary traffic control applicable in traffic incident management areas and their component parts, such as advance warning areas, tapers and buffers. Typical ETC equipment kits and device requirements are reviewed. Emergency flagging operations and National Fire Protection Association standards are also discussed.
